Who we are
sixn.ai is the agentic AI company of Sunchain Technologies. We are headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and Dubai, UAE. We decide how the information on this page is used. Write to connect@sixn.ai about anything here.
When you use the contact form
We receive your name, your email address, your company, the platform you chose and your message. They reach our team by email. We use them to answer you and to follow up on what you asked, and we keep them for as long as we need them for that.
When you use the AI assistant
The assistant is an AI. Its answers can be wrong. Before anything else reads your message, email addresses, phone numbers and card or bank numbers in it are replaced with placeholders.
We keep a record of each conversation to see what visitors ask and what our site does not answer. It holds:
- your messages, with those details already replaced
- what the assistant answered, and how each answer ended
- the page you were reading, and the pages the answer drew on
- a random name for the conversation, made up by your browser
It does not hold your IP address, your name, or anything else that says who you are. Conversations are kept for 90 days, then deleted. The record stays on our own server: no other company holds it.
If you speak a question, the recording is sent to OpenAI to be written down and is not kept by us. The words appear in the question field, and are recorded only if you send them.
Please do not share health details or anything else sensitive. The assistant cannot help with personal matters: a message about one gets a fixed reply that points to emergency help, and is kept like any other message.
On every visit
Like any website, our hosting and security providers process your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and to block attacks. The assistant counts requests from each IP address, in memory only, to stop it being flooded. That count is not stored.
The assistant keeps your conversation in your browser tab, so it follows you from page to page. It is cleared when you close the tab or press “New chat”.
Counting visits
We use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read and which links are followed, how visitors found the site, the type of device and browser, and the country and city a visit comes from. A sent contact form is counted too, with the platform you chose but nothing you wrote. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Google keeps this information for 14 months.
It sets cookies whose names begin with _ga, to tell a returning visitor from a new one. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it sets cookies only if you allow them, in the box that appears on your first visit. Until then, or if you decline, it counts the visit without them. Elsewhere it sets them unless you decline.
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. Declining deletes the cookies. Your choice is kept in your browser, not in a cookie. A tracker blocker or Google's opt-out add-on also stops it, and the site works the same.
Who processes it for us
- OpenAI, United States: answers the assistant's questions and writes down spoken ones. It does not train its models on this data, and keeps it for up to 30 days to watch for abuse.
- TypeSafe: a first safety check on each message sent to the assistant.
- Hostinger: our server, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The record of conversations is kept there.
- Cloudflare: delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
- Google, United States: Google Analytics, which counts visits.
- Zoho: our email, which receives what you send through the contact form.
Some of them are outside Sri Lanka, and may be outside your country.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, and to take the steps you ask for before any agreement with us. And because we have a legitimate interest in running a useful and safe assistant: answering your questions, finding what our site leaves unanswered, and preventing abuse. And in learning which pages help visitors and how they find us, which is why we count visits.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to connect@sixn.ai. We reply within one month. The assistant does not know who you are, so to find a conversation, tell us roughly when it took place and what it was about.
You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
We change this page when what we do changes. The date at the top says when it last did. For anything else, contact us.
